Hersevere
Hersevere is a fictional charity album filled with empowering beats for women, created by women! All proceeds from the album support The Global Fund for Women’s fight for gender justice and to secure equality and equity for all. The artwork was created with handmade linoleum stamps that I brought into Photoshop to edit colors and clean up. I believe that women are able to persevere through the face of difficulty and the handmade quality of the stamps portray that well. The delicate process of creating the stamps, and then the rough product that the stamp produces symbolizes just some of the dynamic traits that women can possess. So pop in some headphones and remind yourself why you’re wonderful.
